PROGRAMMING
We understand that many people wish to learn the steps to program PLC', HMI' and other smart systems themselves but if you are unable to spend the time becoming comfortable with these products we will happily program them for you to your exact specifications.

With our years of experience of the above products we can complete almost any requirement although we understand it is often the case that certain PLC and manufacturers are specified. If this is the case we will happily provide programs and solutions for these too.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Whether you are looking for a proof of concept before committing to a new product or if you feel there is a product missing in the market that would improve your service to customers, ease of installation and increased sales then we can help.
You may want to integrate devices that, as of yet, have never been tested together or require a turn-key product designed specifically for you, whatever the case we can offer you a solution.
We can offer basic function based systems using products such as the Arduino and Raspberry PI to low cost high performance micro and full sized PLC'. Once we have proven the concept and met your requirements we can even move these functions and systems onto a custom PCB board solution.
PROCUREMENT
Are you currently searching for a solution to a problem but don't know where to look? Do you have a requirement for a product but not the time or resources to find the perfect option?
All we require is a list of your specifications, your budget and we will do the rest.
We will scour our supply network to provide multiple options that are suited to you. We then, as part of our standard service, supply, initially program (if required) and assist installation of the device to make your life as simple as possible.
CONTROL PANEL SUPPLY
Although we do not manufacturer our panel systems in house we work together with our trusted panel builders to offer bespoke solutions for any application to anywhere in the UK. Using our vast supplier network and high quality products together with our partners we can manage, specify, design supply and install a variety of control products and panels.
DIAGNOSIS & TESTING
We are lucky to have had years of experience with multiple manufacturers products and systems. With our knowledge gained we are able to visit sites or take delivery of products and systems to diagnose any problems, offer replacement products or solutions.
From simple diagnostics to suitability checks of small electrical components to the investigation of smart connected systems we have all of the tools, software and test equipment to get you back up and running.
TRAINING
Our preferred choice of logic controller and HMI comes from the manufacturer Crouzet.
For many years we have worked and continue to work closely with Crouzet and have a vast experience of their product range and capabilities.
Due to the flexibility of the range we have experience
with, and they are suitable for, a large variety of applications. If you are looking to learn how to create your own bespoke system using this range of smart PLC then we can offer a tailored training session to suit your requirements.
